Talk to a person.

chillout@coolwristrest.com. One address, and it is read by someone who can actually fix your problem. Order questions, returns, wholesale, or a complaint you have workshopped in the shower. All of it goes to the same place.

About an order.

Your Stripe receipt is your order confirmation. It arrives by email the moment you pay, and tracking follows by email when the box ships. There is no account to create, so for anything else about an order, email chillout@coolwristrest.com with the order number from your receipt.

We answer email. Not immediately, because there are not very many of us, but we answer it.
