How it ships.
CoolWrist ships to addresses in the continental United States. CoolWrist is a pre-order, and pre-orders ship the first week of December.
If that date moves, we email you before it does, and you can cancel for a full refund. Shipping is free when you order two or more. On a single order, the shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.
You get an email with tracking as soon as the label exists. We watch that tracking about as often as you do.
Your order, by email.
There is no account to create. Stripe emails your receipt the moment the payment goes through. That receipt is your order confirmation, and the receipt number on it is your order number. Tracking comes by email when the box ships.

Thirty days, and we will not interrogate you.
If it is not working for your wrists, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid for the product. Return shipping is on you. That is the trade for a guarantee that does not come with a list of conditions.
How to do it.
Email chillout@coolwristrest.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and a two-question form. Pack the sleeve and both gel packs back in the box if you still have it, and any box if you do not.
When you get your money.
Once the package arrives and we have opened it, the refund goes back to the card you used. Your bank decides how long it sits between us and you.
What we do with returns.
Nothing. Returned units are not resold. They get given away, for reasons of basic hygiene that we assume you can work out.
About the sweating.
A frozen pack sweats. Every frozen thing does. The pack lives inside the sleeve, and the sleeve's base layer sits between the cold and your desk, so the moisture stays in the sleeve and your desk stays dry. If the sleeve feels damp at the end of a long day, that is it working. Leave it out overnight.
